If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using our Services. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

IMPORTANT: Lukra provides SOFTWARE TOOLS AND DATA ANALYSIS SERVICES ONLY. We are NOT:

• NOT a Broker-Dealer: We do not execute trades; your connected broker executes all trades

• NOT Managing Your Money: You retain full control and responsibility for all investment decisions

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All trading decisions are made by YOU, not Lukra
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and outcomes
• Our software merely provides data analysis and algorithmic signals
• You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions
• We make no representations about the suitability of any trading strategy for your situation

Lukra provides software that:

• Data Analysis: Analyzes market data using technical indicators and algorithms
• Signal Generation: Generates algorithmic trading signals based on data analysis
• Automation Tools: Provides tools to automate trade execution via third-party brokers
• Performance Tracking: Tracks and reports on trading activity and results
• Alert Services: Sends notifications about trading activity and system status

The software operates based on algorithms and does NOT involve human discretionary investment management.

As a user of our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• No Liability for Trading Losses: Lukra is NOT liable for any trading losses, investment losses, or financial damages
• No Liability for Missed Opportunities: Not liable for missed trades, failed executions, or lost opportunities
• No Liability for Technical Issues: Not liable for software errors, bugs, outages, or system failures
• No Liability for Third Parties: Not liable for actions or failures of brokers, data providers, or other third parties
• No Consequential Damages: Not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: In no event shall Lukra's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to Lukra in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

You understand and agree that these limitations of liability are fundamental elements of the agreement between you and Lukra, and that Lukra would not provide the Services without these limitations.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lukra, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your trading decisions and outcomes
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the software
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Services in a manner that could damage or impair our systems
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Services without authorization
• Manipulate or interfere with the proper functioning of the Services

You acknowledge and agree that:

• No Uptime Guarantee: We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access
• Maintenance: We may suspend Services for maintenance at any time
• Modifications: We may modify, update, or discontinue features without notice
• Algorithm Changes: Trading algorithms may be updated or changed
• No Liability: We are not liable for any losses due to service unavailability or modifications

Our Services integrate with third-party providers including brokerages, data providers, and APIs. You acknowledge that:

• You must comply with all third-party terms and conditions
• We are not responsible for third-party actions, errors, or failures
• Third-party services may change or terminate without notice
• You are responsible for maintaining active accounts with required third parties

All software, algorithms, content, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by Lukra or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal trading purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our software or content.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time
• By Lukra: We may terminate or suspend your access for any reason, including violation of these Terms
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases
• No Refunds: Termination does not entitle you to any refund of fees paid

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
